Zac Brown Band Share Two New Songs Co-Written By Luke Combs

Zac Brown Band shared two new songs – “Out in the Middle” and “Old Love Song” – on Friday.

Both songs were co-written by Zac Brown Band lead singer Zac Brown, Luke Combs, Ben Simonetti and Jonathan Singleton.

Speaking about the songs, Brown said, “‘Out In The Middle’ is southern rock storytelling about being proud of being country, living a simple life, and working hard. It’s a tip of the hat to the people who live out in the middle of nowhere and they’re happy being there.”

“People that live in the city often make fun of country people until they come out and experience it for themselves,” he added. “Then they really get into it. There’s a reason that you stay out there.”

“Old Love Song” has a feel of a love song of the old times, according to Brown.

He praised Combs as a co-writer and singer, saying, “He’s got great sensibility for parts, and then singing along, man, what a voice. He’s got an incredible voice.”
