Taylor Swift has broken the record for most songs placed simultaneously on Billboard‘s all-genre Hot 100 chart by a woman after 26 songs from her new LP, Red (Taylor’s Version) charted on the tally.
Swift bested her previous record of 18 songs, a record she had held solely since September 2019 until a week ago, when Summer Walker tied it with the release of her sophomore album Still Over It.
Meanwhile, Swift’s latest record trails only Drake‘s overall record of 27 tracks set on the July 14, 2018, tally after the release of Scorpion.
Meanwhile, Red (Taylor’s Version) debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with 605,000 equivalent album units earned in its first week, ending November 18, according to MRC Data. Swift scored her 10th leader on the chart.
