Sam Hunt‘s pregnant wife, Hannah Lee Fowler, has withdrawn her divorce complaint against the country singer.
Fowler had reportedly filed for divorce from Hunt after nearly five years of marriage, accusing the country superstar of adultery.
Citing court documents, People said Fowler withdrew the complaint just hours after filing in Tennessee on Friday. She requested that the petition be “voluntarily nonsuited without prejudice,” which allows her to file for divorce again in the future.
Earlier, TMZ had reported that the Alabama-born nurse had accused Hunt of cheating on her. Fowler alleged that Hunt is “guilty of inappropriate marital conduct” and “guilty of adultery,” according to court documents.
The court documents also stated, “The husband is guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment or conduct toward the spouse as renders cohabitation unsafe or improper.”
In the divorce filing, Fowler had demanded child support and primary custody of their unborn child. She also sought “respective separate property” and three different kinds of alimony, including “transitional alimony, rehabilitative alimony, and alimony in future,” per the documents.
Meanwhile, prior to the divorce filing, it was not publicly known that Hunt and Fowler were expecting a child together.
