Priscilla Block is known for wearing her heart on her sleeve, allowing fans into intimate moments in her life through her heartfelt lyrics and unfiltered social media posts. There is one part of her life, however, that she has yet to share with fans and that is the identity of her longtime boyfriend.
Her mystery man has become a topic of conversation following the release of her latest song, “He’s My Man,” which marks her first-ever love song.
The tender tune is a tribute to her partner, highlighting all the ways he makes her feel cherished and valued. Throughout the lyrics, she points out the little things that he does to showcase his love for her and compliments his selflessness.
“He’s a little Waylon Jennings on a Friday night/ Mess with me, you’re gonna see him fight/ He’s a don’t quit ‘til the jobs done/ They don’t make ‘em better, you’ll never find one/ He’ll give that shirt right off his back/ The Bible and his mama taught him how to act/ To anybody else, he’s just a small town, settle down/ Nothin’ but a good old boy/ But he’s my man,” she sings on the chorus.
Following the release of “He’s My Man,” social media users have begun to use the sound to capture moments with their significant others. The North Carolina native has hopped on the trend as well, however, she is careful not to show his face or reveal his true identity in the clips.
In a recent TikTok clip, Block opened up about her decision to keep their relationship more private.
“I have been with my man for a while now and it’s truly, it is something that I’ve protected with my whole heart and I put my entire life out on the internet. I mean, I probably overshare honestly, but I’ve seen it multiple times on the internet and not even specifically my videos. Sometimes it happens, where people love to just tear apart good things and my relationship has just always been something that, again, I protect with all of me,” she explained.

She continued, “I don’t know what day or when I’ll really put my boyfriend out there, but he truly just makes me the happiest, and I love that I get to share this with y’all. I truly do. But again, it really is something that I just get to come into and my life has spin on the road and playing shows and making songs, but he really has kind of become my home.”
The comment section of the video was filled with fans praising her for sharing this and congratulating her on finding love.
“I am truly so happy for you. You are always glowing when talking about him on your videos,” one user wrote, while another shared, “Gotta protect your peace.”

In the same video clip, Block shared her gratitude for the support of “He’s My Man,” telling fans she was “truly just blown away” by the feedback she has received about the song.
“Y’all know I’m a sucker for a heartbreak song and I got plenty of them and the sassy songs, but this is the first love song that I’ve ever put out,” she said.
“He’s My Man” was written by Alysa Vanderheym, Chris Tompkins, Faren Rachels, and Jacob Hackworth. It follows the release of her latest EP, PB2, which was released this summer.
