Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock have finally reached a divorce settlement, according to TMZ.
Clarkson has reportedly been granted primary custody of their two children, River, 7, and Remington, 5. Meanwhile, Blackstock, who resides in Montana, will have the kids one weekend a month.
Clarkson had filed for divorce from Blackstock last June after nearly seven years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.” She was declared legally single in September 2021.
Clarkson will keep the former couple’s Montana ranch, though Blackstock is allowed to live there until June 1. He will reportedly pay $12,500 a month in rent while he lives at the ranch. Clarkson had previously agreed to give Blackstock over 5 percent of their Montana ranch, which equals to nearly a million dollars.
Blackstock will receive $115,000 a month in spousal support until January 2024. According to TMZ, Clarkson will also pay him $1.3 million as part of the divorce settlement, and he will receive another $45,600 a month in child support.
Clarkson will get the family pets, multiple cars including a Ford Bronco, a Ford F-250, and a Porsche Cayenne, as well as a flight simulator.
Blackstock will get the former couple’s “farm cattle, livestock, stock dogs, and horses,” multiple vehicles including a Ford F-350, a Ford F-250, an ATV, and several CAT snowmobiles.
