Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest programming special will return to Times Square in New York City for its 53rd year.

For Seacrest’s 20th year of hosting the most-watched New Year’s Eve special, he will be joined by his co-host Dayanara Torres in Puerto Rico. Global superstar Rita Ora will also appear alongside Seacrest live from Times Square just in time to help lead the highly anticipated countdown to midnight on December 31.

The celebratory show is once again expected to feature appearances by America’s favorite personalities, snippets of New Year’s celebrations around the globe and of course, must-see performances. This year’s musical lineup will showcase some of the biggest acts in music including several your favorite country artists.

How To Watch Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest

Viewers can tune into the star-studded celebration when it airs live on ABC on Tuesday, December 31, beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST, and is available to stream the next day on Hulu.   

In addition to watching the epic performances on ABC, this year will mark the second consecutive year that Dick Clark Productions and iHeartMedia will gave fans the option to catch the live broadcast by tuning into one of the 150 iHeartRadio stations nationwide including Z100 New York, KIIS-FM Los Angeles, KISS FM Chicago, Q102 Philly, THE NEW MIX 102.9 Dallas, and more. The show will also be available to stream live on the iHeartRadio app.

Which Country Stars Will Make An Appearance?

Country fans will recognize quite a few of the names appearing throughout the night. Stars like Cody Johnson, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Megan Moroney and more will hit the stage from different locations around the country to showcase some of their most recent releases.

Appearing from Las Vegas, Shelton is set to perform a few of his biggest hits as well as latest single and first new solo song in two years, “Texas.” Dasha will make her New Year’s Rockin’ Eve debut with her breakthrough hit, “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” and HARDY will perform a medley of “PSYCHO” and “TRUCK BED.” Plus, ERNEST has been invited to deliver a medley his hit song “Why Dallas” off his current album NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE and the GRAMMY-nominated collaboration that he co-wrote, Post Malone and Morgan Wallen’s “I Had Some Help.”

The show will celebrate the end of 2024 with a grand-slam delivery by new American Idol judge and 8-time GRAMMY winner Carrie Underwood. Taking place live in Times Square just before the clock strikes midnight, her headlining performance will feature some of her biggest hits.

Other performers include Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Lenny Kravitz, Teddy Swims, multi-platinum certified R&B disruptor, singer, songwriter and dancer Tinashe. Several of these acts will be honoring major milestones in their career, such as Alanis Morissette will kick off the 30th anniversary celebration of one of the best-selling albums of all time JAGGED LITTLE PILL. Morissette will take the stage multiple times throughout the night and will be joined by special guest Reneé Rapp for a performance of “You Oughta Know.”

Also celebrating a 30th anniversary is the best-selling American girl group of all time, TLC. This act will deliver a performance sponsored by Carnival Cruise Line, filled with hits from their groundbreaking career, including songs off their multi-platinum album Crazysexycool.

ABC and Dick Clark Productions recently announced that the Jonas Brothers will return for an exciting performance that will kick off their 20th anniversary celebrations as a band. The group has performed on the iconic show multiple times since forming in 2005 – three times as a group and five times across their solo projects. This year, they are gearing up to showcase a career-spanning medley performance in Times Square that will air just after midnight

Another musical addition to the show is DJ Cassidy, who has been tapped to bring his trailblazing “Pass The Mic Live!” experience to New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Hip Hop icons Ja Rule, Fat Joe, Slick Rick & Doug E. Fresh. Each of these acts came together this past summer for the “Pass The Mic Live!” Las Vegas Residency, inspired by old world Las Vegas mainstays like The Rat Pack.
