Dan + Shay Share New Single ‘Lying,’ Accompanying Video

Country duo Dan + Shay recently shared a new single, “Lying,” along with an accompanying music video.

The duo, Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney, co-wrote “Lying” with Andy Albert and Jordan Reynolds. The accompanying video was directed by Dani Vitale and Patrick Tracy.

The clip, which is set in a dive bar, shows the singers performing the track and then joining a group of dancers.

“I don’t miss you in my bed / I don’t hear you in my head / I don’t love you, I’m not cryin’ / And I swear, I’m not lyin’,” Dan + Shay sings in the chorus.

“Lying” is the latest song from the band’s new album, Good Things, due out August 13. Good Things features 12 tracks, including “10,000 Hours,” a collaboration with Justin Bieber that originally dropped in 2019, “Glad You Exist,” and the recently unveiled title track.
