Parker McCollum recently shared a sweet milestone with his son, Major Yancey Tyler McCollum when the 3-month-old attended his very first concert and joined his dad on stage.

In the midst of a recent concert, McCollum paused the show to ask his wife, who was watching from the side of the stage to join him.

““Baby, why don’t you come out here and say hello?”

With little Major in her arms, Hallie Ray made her way to center stage as McCollum joked, “Little man gonna be asleep in about ten minutes.”

With a proud smile, the Texas native then shared, “This is his first show ever. It’s his first time seeing his dad play a show!”

Introducing his family to the crowd, who erupted in tears, the singer/songwriter stated, “This is my wife, Hallie Ray, this is my son, Major Yancey Tyler McCollum, y’all.”

As the crowd continued to cheer, McCollum offered his young on a kiss on the forehead and later pointed out the adorable “little headphones” he was wearing to protect his ears.

Before Major and Hallie Ray left the stage, McCollum once again pointed out, “This is his first concert ever” and joked, “He told me earlier he likes Koe Wetzel way better.” (Wetzel was quick to respond in the comments section, writing, “the prince has good taste.”)

All jokes aside it was a sweet moment that the family will likely remember for years to come.

Major Yancey Tyler McCollum was born on Thursday, August 8, 2024. The couple introduced their adorable newborn to fans on social media the day after his birth.

Since then, Parker and Hallie Ray have shared sweet moments with Major on social media, including his first Thanksgiving.

Recently, McCollum opened up to Country Now about life as a new dad and admitted, “t’s such a bigger adjustment than I anticipated. I didn’t read a book, I didn’t watch a YouTube video. I didn’t take a class.”

The country star went on to praise his wife for being such a great mother.

“I was just kind of winging it while my wife does everything perfectly. So thank God for her,” he sweetly shared.

Soon, the McCollum family will enjoy their first Christmas with little Major. Just a few weeks later, Parker McCollum will embark on his headlining What Kinda Man Tour, which is set to kick off on January 23 in Athens, Georgia. The track will wrap up in Gainesville, Florida on April 26.

Joining McCollum on tour is rising country star Kameron Marlowe with special guests Laci Kaye Booth and William Beckmann.

Upon the announcement of the tour, McCollum shared a heartfelt post with fans, thanking them for their continued support.

“First I want to say a huge thank you to each and every person who has come out to one of our shows. Y’all were with us rain or shine this past year and I can say it was hands down one of my favorite tours – I truly do have the best fans out there! Y’all keep me doing the thing that I love to do and for that I’ll forever be grateful,” he said. “Can’t wait to kick the doors down in 2025 and hope to see you all out on the road again next year.”

His current single, “What Kinda Man,” continues to climb the charts at country radio.
